低GPA（3.28/4）如何规划申请计算神经科学（computational neuroscience）PhD

本人背景：
陆本末流985，生物专业3.28/4，辅修DS，现已申请24fall港新地区DS，bio+DS方向硕士。
（不考虑在硕士期间读psychology，因为喜欢更硬核一点的CS相关专业，也是在给自己留条后路x）

非常惭愧本科毕业才发掘想研究的科研方向，目前这方面是0基础，之前一直都是生物信息方向的经历，至于绩点低完全是因为我是化学白痴。

关于计算神经科学能查到的信息有限，但有听说特别的卷 ... ...

..
PhD应该会计算神经科学/生信/计算生物/BME相关方向混申，
主要想申北美地区，其他发达国家/地区都会考虑，
有了解行情的过来人可以指导一下正确卷的姿势来拯救一下我的低GPA吗？
