字节内部转组难度以及可能性

七月被裁员，这阵子面了字节底下的电商组，今天接到HR call说面试feedback positive谈了包裹预期，一切都挺满意的唯一的点就是要求搬去西岸，本人刚搬过来纽约不久，一年折腾三次搬家真的太累了二来不想异地，想问问地里前辈有没有人能说说字节内部转组回纽约的可能性跟policy，目前是还有其他厂的面试但字节是唯一有发offer的所以无法compete，感谢各位广告

换组的policy要求是待满半年且上一次绩效是m。我们组在纽约倒是有研发team，如果你不想搬到西海岸最简单的办法就是直接和你的hr说，换到我们team面。可以直接hm面就可以。
