才30岁出头就开始日渐白头。楼主身体健康，也没啥不良爱好。平日工作有些压力，但是能吃能睡也锻炼。有一个遗传因素，父亲开始白头发的岁数也差不多。

白发渐多倒是也不影响生活，主要是担心是不是缺乏微量元素啥的。美国医生是否非常不在乎。楼主不知道是否需要治疗诊断啥的。如果需要，有啥推荐的地方/方法嘛？
