发现有个叫 non owner insurance 的保险
1) 请问有版友有买过哪家的 non owner 车险且换驾照成功吗？
(希望在买车后也可以很顺利从 non owner 转成一般保险)
2) 还是有哪家保险公司可以接受没车让我买一般的车险呢？
