读苹果TL不需要懂技术有感

我之前也在某大厂干TL，经理是亚马逊来的东亚卷国人。对我的要求很高，不但要懂技术，要随时unblock组员，要搞技术talk，还要亲自做大量IC work。平看身边邻组的TL们，没人被这么要求得面面俱到。不说悠闲自得，也至少不需要像我这么忙，一般抓几个重点就够了。或者说最基本的，当了TL之后就不会像我一样依然被要求做很多IC work了。

当然，现实可能更黑暗一些。不论我苦不苦干，他都找人把我换掉了。然后我被逼转组。信心苦苦积累的domain knowledge，在政治手段面前，毛用没有。

所以，自打这件事之后，我是不可能面试不帮助别的中国人的。不管有没有asshole，有没有害群之马，都需要先提升数量。
到了这个level就是划地盘争势力范围，而不是看干活了。东亚人的思维方式需要改改
