美国硕士，国内2年da经验，在世界top15大学干了三年ds，加拿大pr刚拿到。投了一个月简历连电话都没有一个，服了。我几年前在美国找工作最起码还拿到了jpmorgan等等大公司的面试，加拿大真是人才济济不服不行
普通五年以上本地经验的sde可以轻松找到很多！另外资深的都不用自己投啊，我都能推荐好几个至少能开始面试的，你一个人不认识到哪里去找？你可能自我感觉不错，其实可能还不如有本地人脉的NG
Senior，家里开公司的，已经找了一年以上的
几年前市场比现在好很多。

有大厂/硅谷分舵工作经验的还是不难的。

现在年底不好找吧，
如果可以的话建议年初找，免得现在心气搞没了
很多大公司年末这一两个月都不招人的 最好等等 到二三月份再说
