当个领导，底下抱怨，就受不了了？

我的头，跟我也不怎么见面，2周一次吧，我是天天 onsite， 她是经常 WFH，经常meeting 中。她官大 ， only report to owner。
她见我一次面，就抱怨一次 owner 怎样怎样。我觉得她的抱怨是对的，owner 那些方面确实不对，乱来。
她还跟我抱怨别的东西呢。我都默默听着，表示认同。
