在蕉厂，NG，每次sprint没做完就要被印度经理说我Ramp Up慢，入职3个月提交6个CR真的很慢吗？. .и
不过朋友A说他入职后一两个月天天早晨6点干到晚上10点，朋友B也是NG天天干到后半夜。我是每天睡到自然醒，工作不到8小时。只是我的Tech Lead也是印度人，口音很重，我听不懂，他分配任务给我也是只写一两句话描述这个任务就结束了。我想换个Tech Lead，但是组里目前只有他有项目给我。广告
