真诚请教 要不要跟队友交485(EB5 vs EB2)

队友10月初表b的eb5到了，可以交485，本人是23年2月的排期还在等perm，想问一下要不要跟队友交485？有以下几点concern/note
1. 如果跟队友交485的话如果表A排到了拿临绿就等于放弃了eb2
2. EB5排期很大概率在24/25年能到，但是eb2排期不知道啥时候，如果降级eb3会快么？因为大跃进
3. EB5有恶心的829 虽说项目据律师说还比较稳，但是拿到临绿之后还要5年才能拿正式绿卡就很烦，估计那时候eb2的绿卡早到了？广告

综上几点，交485就很快拿工卡摆脱h1b但是正式绿卡可能会落后于eb2，并且eb5万一失败就回不到h1b/eb2了
