【EB2】求建议：eb2是否该交485还是降级，pd：2020／4

求各位地里朋友的建议：pd是2020/4.

（1）看今天新出的eb2 表b到2020/1，据说是笔误，应该是2020/6，如果真的是2020/6，是否建议直接交EB2 485呢？广告

（2）看今天新出的eb3 表a 表b都current了，我是否该申请降级呢？
交了485后，如果h1b 797即将到期（已经max out 原本的6年，外加最近一次申请的延期 3年也即将到期），是否还可以申请延期，可以延期三年还是一年？

可以EB-3先提交上I-485
只要现在的EB-2的I-140已经批了，那么楼主现在只需要再重新交一份EB-3的I-140就可以了
当然前提是提交降级至EB-3申请的雇主与提交PERM、EB-2 I-140的雇主一致
新的EB-3的I-140不会影响已有的EB-2的I-140
也就是说如果降级后EB-2的排期到了
还可以把已经提交的EB-3的I-485申请重新关联（relink）到原来的EB-2……
