小科技公司，10-50人，full stack sde 岗，
tech stack： typescript， js，react，c++， docker , k8s.

公司产品是一个给游戏直播的平台，类似于一个vm， 但是基于k8s 管理，感觉是能学到一些东西的
但是我目前有限的知识是说做后端比较好？如果是这样，怎么和组内成员沟通说，给我分配更多的后端的工作？.
还有就是现在sde 行业真的是后端比较好吗？
目标是以后走senior sde，想去稍微大一点的厂，比如100人以上的，不打算在这个公司长期待下去，工资待遇不是很理想，low ball offer
