先不考虑身份的问题（楼主不是在美国的case），要是入职后实在太坑就熬几个月在离开。想听听大家的看法，还是其实继续在startup，楼主其实想到辞职要怎么开口也是很苦恼
在哪里你更开心？那份工作你更感兴趣？如果都一样，或者无所谓，就可以比工资了。. ----
如果钱不是问题，你的选择是什么？如果是亚麻，那没得说，就是亚麻了。如果是startup，那工资差价就是选择的代价了，看你是否愿意付这个代价了。
