0. Cathedral Mansions客厅厅长转租。客厅分成两个部分，包括一个主厅和一个独立隔开的空间。隔开的空间相当于一个小房间。离两个卧室很远，除了用厨房室友基本不会往这走。私人空间约三十平米
1. 室内18年7月全新翻修，粉刷墙面，木质地板，冰箱/烤箱/洗碗机/橱柜感应灯一应俱全
2. 距离CMU 7分钟步行，应该是CMU周边最近的公寓了，离匹大15分钟步行

注：公寓Cathedral Mansions是一栋比较老的楼，但这间是仅有的一个18年翻新过的。因为对住房的条件有一些要求，所以当初看了很多家才确定这个地理位置和室内环境都不错的房子。
