我有个gay同事，跟我关系不错。前两天我们喝咖啡的时候他跟我说最近一次他和老板的1 on 1，听完我非常的有感触。
我们的老板是个快50的白女，据我gay同事讲，他们最近的一次1 on 1的时候，老板很谨慎的问他能不能请教一个问题，可能涉及他的隐私。我的同事同意了之后，老板直言意识到到自己的儿子也是gay但是不敢跟自己出柜。她希望借今年假期像自己儿子表达自己的支持并让儿子信任自己，但又不想侵犯自己儿子的隐私空间。于是请教我这个gay同事青春期希望自己父母怎样表达自己才能既提供了情绪支持又不让儿子感受到压力。
