非引战，感觉OpenAI的闹剧就是因为加速派和减速派的矛盾。三个独立董事除了quora的CEO其实都和OpenAI没有（明面上）的股权关系，似乎也没有很强的incentive去花时间管理公司，更不要说成为千夫所指的人。楼主想不到除了他们觉得OpenAI现在的情况违反了设立之初的mission and vision有什么其他原因。并且他们让Sam下台的原因至今不明，但是在周五的post里面提到了Safety，看起来有所关联。不知道大家怎么看？-baidu 1point3acres

（另外说一句，感觉员工的支持度其实真不太重要，每个员工都是有利冲的，希望OAI能好好的so that 他们的comp和vested option还在那）
我觉得监管只能延缓不能阻止AI发展，人类终将被AI取代，从宇宙尺度看，或许人类文明的意义就是硅基文明的加载程序。
别的不说，你说一群资本家因为正义感所以要阻止AI发展，避免人类毁灭，我觉得不如信我是秦始皇。
重要的，政府最近才发了一系列ai safety和监管的report。
这么一闹，觉得是引起政府的注意了。

而且，openai涉及太多data privacy的问题，估计也会引起政府的注意。
我还是蛮诧异地里对OpenAI Dev Day和最近一系列drama的反应，居然没有帖子讨论，这难道不应该是非常热的话题嘛？

重要的，政府肯定会扶持。
估计过不了多久各个tech company就会出来个AI DEI department 了LOL
