目前12月表B开，假如一月关闭，按现在USCIS出receipt的速度，如果我在12月下旬材料寄到，他们拖到一月都没出receipt，那我的材料还算不算12月到的？还是要退回？
最好不要太极限 RD不一定能保证是你包裹deliver的那一天 虽然只是盖个章而已 但也要是人去盖的
以前就有过12月最后几天寄到结果RD是1月然后被rej的DP
你只要12月送达给门卫大爷就行，拆包可能会晚。
寄到uscis的第一件事就是盖个章，拆包可能会晚但盖章立马就会盖。所以不会存在你说的情况
