reschedule 打指纹一直报错

刚刚在Emma那里问到schedule, 跟假期冲突，打算重新约了提前去。
但是在网上试了好几个时间一直报错，显示 “Reschedule an Existing Appointment. We've encountered an error with your request. Please try again. ”
有人知道这是为什么要这么解决吗？

联系Emma 重新约了，但是很担心要延迟到明年，我可以直接walk-in吗？
现在的情况是第一次是今天刚约上的，约在12/12，但我10号就要去度假。
下周在没有纸质notice的情况下，我可以尝试walk-in吗？
